Modern Ohio State Route 4 (traveling between Marion to the south and Bucyrus to the North)  is seen beginning just above the "o" in the word Marion at the bottom of the map and then moving north, northeast across the township.  From the top, roads running east/west include County Line Road, Morral-Kirkpatrick Road, Marseilles-Gailon Road and Linn-Hipsher Road.  Each 2x2 mile square contains 640 acres of land.  Abraham Monnette owned lands in pink.  John Thomas Monnett owned land in blue.  Yellow land areas represent families that would inter-marry with the Monnett families.
